On October 16, 2025, the Tocantins photovoltaic power plant in Brazil, equipped with ESET SOLAR’s ESEEK series solar trackers, achieved full grid connection. This project perfectly marries Chinese solar technology with Brazil’s abundant sunshine, positioning ESET SOLAR as a “full-scenario solutions expert” in one of the world’s fastest-growing solar and storage markets.
Located in north-central Brazil at the intersection of rainforest and jungle, the Tocantins site presented diverse terrain and a tropical climate with over 3,000 hours of annual sunshine. The ESEEK series trackers, featuring advanced single-row independent tracking systems, polygon patented torque tubes, and wireless communication, demonstrated exceptional adaptability. The system’s superior hot-dip galvanizing process ensures high corrosion resistance, critical for longevity in harsh environments. Driven by a closed-loop control system integrating astronomical algorithms and position sensors, the trackers achieve a remarkable solar tracking accuracy of ±1° , boosting energy generation by 15-25% compared to fixed-tilt systems.
The 15MW Tocantins plant is a testament to sustainable development. It is projected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 15,000 tons annually. By the end of 2024, ESET SOLAR had successfully delivered over 500 projects worldwide. Beyond clean energy generation, the company’s projects contribute positively to local ecosystems by reducing wind speed and ground evaporation, thus creating favorable conditions for plant growth. Leveraging its global integrated manufacturing and service network, including proprietary ZAM material production lines and over 30GW of annual capacity, ESET SOLAR ensures efficient project delivery and seamless fusion of global expertise with local support.
