In January 2026, the first batch of goods for ESET SOLAR’s Saudi PIF6 AFIF 587MW Tracking system Project was officially delivered. From the comprehensive shipment support at the Saudi manufacturing base to the full-process follow-up, acceptance and sample installation by engineers at the project site, the efficient and seamless collaboration between the two locations demonstrates the enterprise’s strong global supply guarantee capability, in-depth localized service capability and advantages of the full-life-cycle service system.

To ensure the compliant delivery of goods, prior to the official shipment, the Saudi manufacturing base has obtained TÜV Rheinland certification. The goods had also undergone dual verification: the enterprise’s own strict quality control system and on-site inspection by a third-party professional institution. This batch of goods, with exquisite craftsmanship and outstanding quality, successfully met all indicators.
Relying on its vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities and a complete industrial chain supporting system with global layout, the enterprise achieves quality control of photovoltaic mounting systems from raw materials to finished products, responds to customer needs from China to the global market, and delivers intelligent, efficient and reliable products and services. Local Collaboration for Efficient Delivery
The Saudi PIF6 587MW Tracking system Project is a benchmark case of ESET SOLAR’s in-depth integration into the local industrial ecosystem. During the project advancement, the enterprise carried out in-depth cooperation with local raw material suppliers, logistics service providers, technical consulting institutions and other parties in Saudi Arabia, forming an efficient and collaborative industrial synergy.
ESET SOLAR has 9 production bases and 12 intelligent factories worldwide, with a total annual production capacity of over 30GW. The establishment of the base not only significantly shortens the transportation cycle and reduces logistics costs, but also enables rapid response to the on-site needs of the project, providing solid support for the smooth progress of the project.
Precise Adaptation and Green Commitment
The project site is located in the town of AFIF in central Saudi Arabia, which has a typical tropical desert climate—dry and rainless throughout the year, with extreme high temperatures reaching over 50°C and an average annual precipitation of less than 100mm. In response to the local characteristics, ESET SOLAR has specially designed a customized solution that is resistant to sandstorms and high temperatures. By adding chemical elements such as Nb to re-enhance the raw materials, the performance is made stronger and tougher. Moreover, advanced coating technology is adopted to improve the wear resistance and self-healing ability of the product surface.
The project gives full play to the local advantage of abundant sunlight (with annual sunshine hours exceeding 3000 hours) and is equipped with the self-developed intelligent tracking algorithm. The tracking angle can reach ±60°, which can maximize the absorption of solar radiation and increase the power generation efficiency by more than 15%. The expected annual power generation is about 1 billion kWh, which can meet the clean electricity demand of 330,000 residents. It plays a positive role in improving the local environment, adjusting the energy structure and helping Saudi Arabia realize its Vision 2030.
It is reported that the delivery work of subsequent batches of goods for the project is also advancing efficiently.
