Recent major progress has been made at the Xuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base of ESET SOLAR: its infrastructure construction is approaching completion.
Located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, the project covers an area of 112 mu and will boast an annual capacity of 7 GW upon completion. At present, the construction of production workshops, auxiliary buildings and supporting facilities has entered the final stage. Basic construction and equipment installation are scheduled to be finished in February, with official operation to start in March.
Part 01 / Intelligent Upgrade for Efficient Full-Process Operation
The base has built an integrated R&D + production + testing system with world-leading intelligent equipment. The intelligent assembly and testing workshops are equipped with automated units including PV bracket automation lines and C-section intelligent cold roll forming machines, as well as a full set of intelligent testing facilities.
This enables full-process automated operation of PV brackets from raw material processing to finished product inspection, greatly improving production efficiency and strengthening product quality through precise and standardized manufacturing, achieving dual upgrades in capacity and quality.
Part 02 / Efficient Supply with Enhanced Production Capacity
As one of the company’s core production platforms, the Xuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base will reach an annual output of 7 GW tracking brackets and 200,000 reducers once fully operational.
Its completion will further optimize the company’s global production network of 9 production bases and 12 intelligent factories worldwide. It will enable fast response to urgent overseas orders and form an efficient supply system covering major markets. Supported by intelligent production, product consistency and compliance are fully guaranteed, strongly supporting the efficient implementation of global photovoltaic power projects.
Part 03 / Global Collaboration Empowered by the Iron Triangle Strategy
The Xuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base will be deeply integrated into the company’s 2026 strategic plan: to build a global collaborative Iron Triangle System — China R&D Headquarters + Saudi Arabia Technology Center + Xuzhou Intelligent Factory.
This will provide solid process support for product and technological innovation. Leveraging the localized service advantages of the Saudi base and in-depth local research, the company will continuously enhance product adaptability. Through a closed-loop global collaboration, it will address the challenges of stable operation of PV brackets under complex working conditions.
The completion of the base will further help the company consolidate its industry position as an expert in green intelligent manufacturing and full-scenario bracket solutions. It will also provide stable and efficient production support for the global green energy transition, empowering a new pattern of global green energy development with the strength of China Intelligent Manufacturing.
