Technological Innovation
Torque Tube Distributed Self-Locking
ESET SOLAR’s innovative locking mechanism incorporates self-locking units at critical connection points, enabling precise fixation of the mounting system in any position. In extreme weather conditions, the system activates automatically to prevent displacement or structural damage, ensuring overall structural integrity and operational safety of the PV system.
- Extreme weather protection
- Enhanced structural stability
- Reduced operational risk
- Extended system lifespan
Axially Symmetric Damping
Engineered with symmetrically distributed damping elements and precision-calibrated damper placement, this system effectively suppresses vibration in mounting systems. It significantly mitigates the impact of wind-induced oscillations and vortex-induced vibrations, offering robust vortex shedding control, especially at high wind attack angles, to enhance operational stability across diverse climate conditions.
