Sustain Our Planet
From raw material acquisition to product recycling, we deeply integrate the concept of sustainable development into every aspect. Our zinc-aluminum-magnesium(ZAM) coating technology delivers corrosion resistance 10-20 times stronger than traditional galvanized coatings, extending the product service life to over 30 years. By using high-strength materials, we reduce substrate thickness by 20% and cut steel consumption by about 6000 tons for every gigawatt-scale project. In 2024, recycled steel made up 6% of our material use, and we’re aiming to raise it to 30% by 2030.
We have established a comprehensive environmental management system certified to ISO 14001. In 2024, PV power supplied 40% of our production energy, and our carbon emission intensity is 40% lower than the industry average. For water resource management, we operate a closed-loop circulation system that achieves zero discharge of heavy metal wastewater, reducing hazardous waste generation by 60-80%.
Evolve Green Tech
We have a professional R&D team of more than 100 members, over 30% holding doctoral or master’s degrees. We have obtained nearly 100 patent authorizations, including 8 invention patents, 50 utility model patents, 5 design patents, and 20 software copyrights.
Our next-generation modular bracket systems are designed to double installation efficiency and significantly reduce construction costs for global customers. We operate 9 intelligent digitalized eco-friendly galvanization production lines offer strong customization capabilities, fully meeting all scenarios from 5 meters to 15.2 meters. In the energy storage field, we have developed a battery health assessment system that enables battery reuse and maximize resource value.
Transform the Future
We are committed to supporting the global energy transition. Through our ‘PV+’ multi-scenario approach, we’ve delivered a balanced model of power generation and land use. In the 600 MW agrivoltaic project in Huangshan Town, Zhaoyuan City, our solution enables power generation above and agricultural cultivation below. Our flexible support technology reduces steel use by 30%-40% in complex environments such as mountainous and aquavoltaic areas, improving land utilization while reducing carbon emissions.
We also take an active role in shaping industry standards, contributing to five key guidelines, including the ‘General Technical Requirements for Solar Photovoltaic System Supports for Buildings. To strengthen the industry’s sustainable development, we are building a green supply chain management system, conducting ESG grading audits for suppliers, and requiring core partners to disclose carbon emission policies and participate in setting shared carbon-reduction goals.
