In accordance with local policies in the Middle East and the existing structure of planting greenhouses,the project adopts a support design with a height of 5 meters and a spacing of 6 meters,seamlessly integrating with the steel structure of the greenhouses.

• At noon with intense sunlight, the modules tilt to 0° to effectively shade crops and avoid sunburn;
• During other periods, they return to 60° to track sunlight efficiently while ensuring sufficient light for crops under the greenhouse,resulting in plump and sweet fruits.

Support stability is the foundation for the operation of an Agrivoltaic solution system.Al Ain, UAE, where the project is located, has a tropical desert climate characterized by high salt fog, strong sand dust, extreme winds and a daily temperature difference of up to 20°C,posing an extreme test for PV supports.
Based on the complex local conditions and 40 years of technological accumulation,all support surfaces are coated with advanced zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating,which features excellent self-repair and strong corrosion resistance.Core components adopt a closed process to achieve IP65 dust protection,effectively preventing equipment failures caused by fine sand intrusion.
