ESET SOLAR announced a critical milestone for its Jeddah Industrial Park manufacturing base on November 27, 2025: the successful positioning of the zinc pot, a core component for the hot-dip galvanizing process. This achievement signals the imminent completion of the Phase I project and lays a solid foundation for the installation and commissioning of subsequent production lines.

As a pivotal part of ESET SOLAR’s global strategy, the Saudi base is a key vehicle for the dual-wheel drive of “capacity + technology” expansion overseas. The company is leveraging its extensive experience and advanced technology in hot-dip galvanizing to develop products with superior weather resistance, specifically engineered to perform reliably in the extreme conditions of high temperatures and strong winds prevalent in the Middle East.

The newly positioned zinc pot has been specially optimized for these harsh environments. Its internal heating design, coupled with a waste heat recovery module, significantly improves energy efficiency. A state-of-the-art digital temperature control system ensures precise management of the zinc bath, which is crucial for guaranteeing the final product quality and corrosion resistance of PV mounting structures.

The commissioning of this base is highly anticipated within the industry. Once operational, the localized production model, backed by ESET SOLAR’s proprietary core technologies and mature R&D, quality, and manufacturing management systems, will substantially shorten delivery lead times and reduce operational and logistics costs. This will inject new vitality into the regional new energy industry and provide significant momentum for ESET SOLAR’s continued leadership in the global green energy sector.
